• Spot-spraying- bi-monthly, March- October
• Twice-yearly broadcast spray of broadleaf weed killer on lawns 
• Combo fertilizer and billbug treatment- Summer 
• Pre-emergent on rock beds and hardscapes- Fall
• Winter nonchemical fertilization- Fall (*feeds the lawn over the winter)
•  General cleanup- weed pulling/mowing (based on need).
